The world we live in, nature, living things, the body and mind structure of humanity are based on five elements; water, fire, air, earth, space. It is vital for our lives that we remember that we are a part of nature and increase our awareness for more health, strength, wisdom, happiness, and virtue. You can attract the balance of these elements into your life in many ways because remember that everything is under your control, and there is no right or wrong, just as you are.

You can apply the empowering practices in this category whenever and whichever element you need as a woman. We have prepared the necessary processes for you. All you have to do is focus on the right element whenever you need it.

For example, when you feel very active, ambitious, angry, apply the water element, it is always good to lower your fire element at those times or when you feel insecure or fearful, it is good for you to raise the earth element.
